Dear Sean,
Never in my wildest dreams did I ever believe this would ever
happen. I never expected to be so overwhelmed with emotion so fast. It all started three months ago when you sent
your first instant message to me, "I like your profile, can we chat?!" I was just online trying to catch up with some
friends overseas. But because of your admirable perserverence, we began to converse online. Somwhere along the
way you suggested that we exchange numbers. I actually thought we would wait awhile before calling on another on
the telephone, but you had other plans because you called me a few minutes later and that was the beginning
of this affair to my rememberance. I remember we talked over the next few weeks sometimes for hours about anything and
everything. When you asked me to come to NC to visit I was scared at first, but luckily my heart spoke for me. I decided
to take a chance and see what would happen, but I never expected to connect the way we did even before our first actual meeting.
Now don't get me wrong I believe in love at first sight, but I thought I would be the last person to be bitten by that bug.
When we actually met in person, I received a confirmation that had been in my heart since our early conversations -
that you would be someone special. The first time I looked into your eyes I knew that this would be something I had never
felt before, that this was real and not a dream that I had hoped to come true. So like the saying goes, "Distance makes
the heart grow fonder." Well, my heart will continue to be quite fond of you. I like you more today than yesterday and I will probably
like you more tomorrow than I did today!
